  Nelson Cable Inc. providing services to Wintergreen Resort in Roseland, Nelson County, Virginia. Nelson Cable provides tv cable and they are our internet services provider. We have used them at Wintergreen Resort for a number of years. There aren't many options for cable and internet here, so it might be a surprise that the services are very reliable with little interruption or down time and that timely customer relations are so good. They are so customer service friendly and anytime we have had a problem, they have worked with us until it is resolved - for example a hardware failure. They provide stable services to full-time homeowners like us, our part-time managed homeowners, our Vacation Rental Guests, and our Business. They are very knowledgeable, timely, and very customer service oriented. They don't ask for a contract so it is easy to try them out, their prices are fair and not outrageous like some.
